Wayland Rogers has won the Illinois ACDA Choral Composition Competition with WHEN DAISIES PIED, a work for a cappella mixed chorus, with a text by William Shakespeare. It is to be premiered at the Illinois ACDA ReTreat on July 7th at Illinois State Universtiy in Normal Illinois, sung by The Directors’ Chorus conducted by Dr. David Rayl of Michigan State University.
