What books have been the most useful to you as a choir director? What books helped you the most at the beginning of your career? What resources have you found that you will use forever? 

I am attempting to acquire scenery for my madrigal dinners. I have built some stone walls  before and in the past purchased flimsy stone wall on a roll. I would like  further ideas and information on scenery that other directors have acquired or material that has been used and companies that have been patronized.

Hey, whatever happened to those incredibly useful lists of ideas on “I’m trying to build a program on….”?  I was looking for them, and I cannot find them!  Bummer! -Scott

“A Gloria Overture”  is a recent work created for the Christmas repertoire in mind.
