I am looking for piece similar to Byrd’s Haec Dies or Hassler’s Verbum Caro Factum Est for large (80 voice) capable high school choir.  I have very strong men, decent altos, and a weak soprano section.   Anyone have any suggestions?

My volunteer choir currently consists of 3 sop. 3 alti, 1 very elderly bass and 1 tenor who can sing occasionally.  Most are good readers (except the bass, who really has difficulty learning anything new).
