You’re right; this is a little, old-fashioned gem. The composer is Alan Murray, the lyricist Edward Lockton. It was published in the UK by Paterson’s Publications, London; the American agent was Carl Fischer, # PT1542. My copy has no copyright date… I just checked CPDL; it’s not there.
