Greater New Haven Community Chorus, a non-auditioned, four part (SATB) chorus is currently inviting singers to join its choral group for the 2013 – 2014 season. Currently the chorus has a special need for tenors and basses but is accepting all voice parts.
Rehearsals begin on Thursday, August 22. Prospective members are invited to attend three rehearsals as guests before committing to join the chorus. This provides an opportunity for interested singers to meet the chorus and Noah Blocker-Glynn, Artistic Director, to see if GNHCC provides an appealing atmosphere. The Fall enrollment period is August 22 – September 5, 2013. Interested singers may visit any rehearsal during this period. Rehearsals are held every Thursday from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. in downtown New Haven. Information about location, parking, registration fees, and repertoire for the upcoming season can be found at www.gnhcc.org.
