At almost the same moment the poster arrived in the hands of members, ACDA received word that the colorful art had earned an award for the design firm that created the poster. The firm S Design was recognized as the winner of an ADDY Award in the Oklahoma City Advertising Club's 2013 competition.
The design continues to impress judges. The poster, titled "Vibrant Harmony," has now won a divisional ADDY award, which qualifies the art for competition on the national level. “We absolutely thrilled,” said S Designs’ Sarah Mason Sears. “I’m getting calls from all over the country about the poster.”
In addition to the copy of the award-winning poster ACDA members received in the February Choral Journal, members may purchase a rolled copy on heavy art stock from the ACDA National Office.
