Use Your Singing Heart

This week on Going Beyond Words and ACDA Radio join Stan Schmidt for a program called Use Your Singing Heart.  Groups include the SWR Vokalensemble,MDR Rundfunkchor & NDR Choir with the Festspiel Orchestra Göttingen from Germany; The Salt Lake Vocal Artists; The Prague Singers; Soprano, Elin Manahan Thomas singing one of Handel’s Italian Cantatas;  The Norman Luboff Choir;  and Bayerischen Rundfunks Choir.   You will hear two arrangements of Chopin’s Edude in E Major for Mixed choir one in Polish and one in English.   Composers represented are GF Handel, Antonín Dvořák, Bob Chilcott, Fredrick Chopin, Zoltán Kodály, Rikka Talvitie and Dmitry Bortniansky.   Have fun listening to more great vocal and choral sound exhibits.
