Stick Time: Singing Jazz After Graduation

Somewhere on this lovely June day, a recent graduate is asking herself what she is going to do to continue singing now that her days in the college cocoon are over.  She is probably feeling a sense of loss. 
 
It’s one thing to sing every day in the controlled environment of an educational institution.  But what about singers who are past school-age?  What can adult singers do when they want to continue exploring their love of singing after the cap is tossed?  Here is just one exceptional example of some of the great choral music being practiced around the country every day by singers who refuse to stop their enriching and successful participating in the art after graduation.
