   It’s so interesting to hear one of my mentors remind us that the product has to be superb no matter the starting point of the choir.  We don’t get to complain that the students aren’t very good.  We have to leap over those barriers.  That’s called teaching!  Thank you, Dr. Bowers.  Great reminder to start my day. It made me happy to see you speak that truth this morning.
