    I don’t see why you needed to reference “public domain” vs. “non public domain” – this is for the most part a theatrical staging of music which is being sung verbatim. Other than some electronic manipulations for purely theatrical effect, the singers themsleves are singing what’s on the page, and staging and acting is being added to great effect in my opinion. If this music were under active copyright I see/hear nothing they are doing which would violate laws- they are just doing a damn good job of bringing it theatrically alive for an audience!
