There are regular messages on ChoralNet's forums asking for help in translating Latin passages. Amazingly enough, Google Translate now can translate passages from Latin to English.
As with all machine translations, it's not likely to be very reliable, but for quick-and-dirty, just to get the gist of the meaning, it's a valuable tool. And they used thousands of pre-translated texts to "train" the software, so for translation of familiar texts (such as Bible verses) it will probably do fairly well.
Also, when you translate from English into Latin, the Latin appears on a classy parchment background.
I wouldn't rely on the "listen" feature to help you pronounce Latin, especially as we're seeing from forum threads that there's no consensus on the "correct" pronunciation of Latin.
