The award-winning William Baker Festival Singers, a 40-voice Kansas City-based semi-professional choir, will perform their 28th Season Opening Concert on Sunday, November 2, 3:00 PM, at the historic St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 1307 Holmes Street in Kansas City, MO. The 90 minute program will include works of Composer-in-Residence Sean Sweeden, Hildegard von Bingen, Jean Berger, Anton Bruckner, Felix Mendelssohn, Samuel Barber, Rene Clausen and Daniel Elder, along with the Festival Singers’ signature spirituals and gospels.
