In its second year, this fully online event features ten lectures on outstanding music of historically excluded composers and populations. This year’s 12 composers include Margaret Bonds, Coreen Duffy, John W. Work III, Juan de Lienas, Manuel de Zumaya, Hyo Won Woo, Imogen Holst, and more! Participants who register for this year’s intensive also will have access to all materials from the 2023 intensive. This event is appropriate for college and university professors, graduate and undergraduate students, and practicing professionals for whom this repertoire was not part of their education or previous experience. Cost is $150 for those who register by May 24 ($175 after that).
