Music Director Dr. Thomas Dixon leads the 100-voice Summer Singers of Atlanta & Orchestra in Arthur Honegger’s King David on Sunday, August 2, 4:00 PM, at the Glenn Memorial Auditorium on the campus of Emory University in Atlanta. Atlanta’s original summer chorus, now in its 36th season, will be joined by soloists Anne Slovin, Emily Skilling, and Jonathan Pilkington. Alan Lane appears as the Narrator, and Felicia Hernandez plays the role of the Witch of Endor. The Summer Singers of Atlanta is an ensemble of the William Baker Choral Foundation.
