Jacksonville Symphony Chorus Auditions (Florida)

Sing with the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus! 

Your voice belongs on the Jacoby Symphony Hall stage. Audition registration is now open for the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus. Auditions will be held in August by appointment in St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, and downtown Jacksonville at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. Experienced choral singers in all voice parts are invited to join an extraordinary 2026–27 season featuring Handel’s Messiah, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, choruses from Verdi’s Aida and Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde, Duruflé’s Requiem, Holiday Pops, and more. Tenors and basses are especially encouraged to audition. Sing in weekly rehearsals under the direction of Chorus Director Dr. Tony Thornton, and perform under the baton of Music Director Courtney Lewis and guest conductors with the remarkable Jacksonville Symphony.
