Caritas Vocal Ensemble: Sing, my soul — Love in heaven and with the spirit

This program explores the counterpart to earthly love: transcendent, sublime, heavenly love, and the overwhelming feelings of human connection, spiritual fulfillment, and comfort in the belief in powers greater than ourselves. The program will include music by Duruflé, Shara Nova, Paulus, Dawson, and more.

Caritas Vocal Ensemble is a group of 12 singers with a passion for a cappella music and benefiting the community. Now in its 22nd season, Caritas has raised more than $200,000 for local charitable organizations. Under the leadership of artistic director Paolo Debuque, the Caritas program on May 19 at 3:00 pm will spotlight the group, and donations will benefit the group’s operating expenses.
