ANNOUNCING AUDITIONS FOR OUR UPCOMING PROGRAM THIS FALL at the San Jose Museum of Art!
Spots are available for both professional working musicians and community singers. VOSV is a semi-professional group focused on contemporary and modern repertoire, so this is an opportunity to sing very rarely performed vocal music with high quality singers and musicians.
Auditions will take place on Saturday August 12 from 11 to 2 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church in San Jose, 1100 Shasta Ave, San Jose, CA 95126

Rehearsals: some Saturday mornings 11 to 2pm -frequency will depend on need. 1st rehearsal on Saturday August 19 at 11 AM
Concert dates: Friday October 20 7pm at the San Jose Museum of Art
Sunday October 22 in the evening (6 or 7pm start) in San Francisco in the Mission area
Program includes works by Pamela Z, Kaja Saariaho and the premiere of a new work by Cyril Deaconoff dedicated to the artist Yolanda Lopez.
We will perform this work alongside her artwork on Friday October 20th San Jose Museum of Art and on October 22nd in San Francisco near her mural.
