Tenor soloist wanted – First Presbyterian Church, Greenwich, CT

Tenor soloist/section leader needed at First Presbyterian Church, Greenwich, Connecticut.  Must have good high notes – position is for 1st tenor in a professional octet with volunteer choir.  Must be excellent sight reader.  Traditional repertoire.  Position available immediately.  Season runs September through mid-June, with Thursday rehearsal 7:15-9:00 and Sunday warmup and service 9:00-11:15.  Extra services Christmas Eve, Maundy Thursday and Easter.  Soloists take turns singing solo Sundays during summer.  Occasional concerts, with next one in late February.  Pay is $100 per rehearsal or service, additional for concerts.  Church is 15-minute walk from Greenwich Metro-North stop.  Contact Randall Atcheson, Minister of Music and Organist, at or (203) 661-2466.  www.fpcg.org
