The Music Ministry of Bethel AME Freehold is looking for soloists and choristers for its 2017 holiday concert, featuring Handel’s Messiah.
This year’s concert is on Sunday, December 10th, at 6 pm, and rehearsals will be held at Bethel AME Church of Freehold at 3 pm.
*** Rehearsals have begun however, we are still in need of a Tenor and Bass soloist for Messiah. ****
We are looking for singers with choral experience, good sight-reading skills, a good sense of pitch, the ability to learn quickly, and good musicianship. That said, we have many types of singers from different musical backgrounds (who may or may not have all those things) who sing with our group– the most important factor is a passion for music, a commitment to choral excellence and the ability to musically collaborate with a group.
