Let this be Your Lucky Year!
Let this be your lucky year! Sing with Diablo Women's Chorale

If you were lucky enough to see the Diablo Women’s Chorale holiday show in December, then you know what fun and music are all about. The Chorale sang a dozen tunes in both new versions and old, and had the audience of 350 standing on their feet in a finale sing-along.

The Chorale is looking for more lucky singers to join them for this upcoming year, 2016. The spring season promises to be a rousing time with selections from Queen, Elvis and recent Disney princess ballads.

Diablo Women’s Chorale is made up of 35 women who sing in 3 or 4-part harmony with accompanist Carolyn Wolf under the direction of Steve Mullins. The final show of each season also features band members, soloists and small group ensembles. Practices are every Monday night from 7-9 pm. in Walnut Creek.

Auditions are held at the start of the new season on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., Saint Matthew Lutheran Church, at 399 Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek, California.  Bring sheet music to sing a short song, a family favorite or anthem such as “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee.”

For more information and to sign up, visit DiabloWomensChorale.org/join-us or call Nancy at (925) 939-2122.
