Section Leader Positions – St. Barnabas

St. Barnabas Church (Omaha, NE) is seeking Section Leaders for the current choral season (Now – June 3rd).

Duties include: Sunday morning Mass 10:30-Noon (9:30 AM rehearsal), Wednesday night rehearsal 7-9 PM, Choral Evensong 5:30 PM 3rd Sundays of every month, and various other days of obligation during the church year.

Soprano and Bass section leaders remain open until filled. Pay is $500/month, paid every month. 4 absences for the season are permitted, except for Holy Week, and Easter.

Repertoire includes Renaissance anthems and motets, Gregorian Chant, 20th century English anthems, and Traditional Hymnody from the 1940 Hymnal.

St. Barnabas is part of the Anglican Ordinariate, having joined the Catholic church in 2012.
