The VOCES8 Foundation Choir and Orchestra, and composers Timothy C. Takach and Jocelyn Hagen are proud to announce an album of newly-composed music for the Christmas season called Rose Ever Blooming.
Rose Ever Blooming tells the Christmas story from Mary’s perspective, weaving familiar Christmas carols such as “Gabriel’s Message” and “Coventry Carol” together with contemporary poetry by Patricia Monaghan. We hope that this music can help share the reverence, joy and generosity that Christmas inspires in all of us.
