The Blessed Sacrament Festival Choir, based in Alexandria, Va., is looking for sopranos, tenors and basses to sing in a performance of “The Creation” scheduled for Feb. 17, 2023. The Choir does one oratorio or other major choral work each year, with a full orchestra and professional soloists. Previous works performed include Handel’s “Israel in Egypt,” “L’enfance du Christ” by Berlioz, and “The Prodigal Son” by Sullivan. There is a nominal participation fee; rehearsals begin in early October. For more information, contact Choir Director John McCrary at 703-998-6100 or by email: .
