Mozart’s Requiem with inaugural Festival Choir

May 30, 2022 by Tara Cowherd Leave a Comment

Résonance, Omaha’s premier vocal ensemble, begins its highly anticipated tenth-anniversary season with the Mozart Requiem, launching the inaugural Résonance Festival Choir, an auditioned choir of both professional and volunteer singers who perform major choral works with orchestra.

Festival Choir rehearsals will be held Sunday evenings beginning August 14 and culminate with the October 6 performance at Countryside Community Church. Auditions are June 14 and 21 at First United Methodist Church in Omaha. Those currently singing in an auditioned choir and wishing to volunteer do not need to audition but asked to fill out an audition questionnaire to share about their current experience.
