Join Kean University Music Department’s Community Chorale, open to Kean students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the General Public (ages 18+). We perform choral/orchestral repertoire and rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 7-9:30 pm on campus in Wilkins Theatre in Union, NJ. This fall, we will be singing Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s Romancero Gitano for choir and classical guitar. Rehearsals begin Wed. 9/4 and the fall concert will take place on Sun. 12/8 at 4 pm.
We hold auditions in January and August. We are auditioning all voice parts, but are looking especially for Tenors and Basses. If you are interested, please email Dr. Rachel Carlson at with your availability for a 10 min. audition or fill out this audition form to set up an audition time.
