Subject: A Humble Request for Choir Robes
Dear Beloved in Christ,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
During a recent visit to my home church, I was moved by the sight of our choir — a large and faithful group of 120 voices — lifting praises without the blessing of proper robes. They are in desperate need of decent used choir robes to bring dignity and beauty to their worship services.
I write with a humble heart to ask if your church, choir, or orchestra might be willing to share or donate robes for this purpose. Even gently used robes would be a precious gift to help clothe these voices of praise.
I am ready to cover the cost of shipping, but if you are able to assist with shipping as well, it would be a great blessing. Please let me know what you may be able to offer, and together we can arrange the details.
