Calling all singers – The world renowned Hour of Power Choir will be auditioning singers in every voice part through September. Interested singers will be interviewed and asked to sight read as well as perform two contrasting selections – a classical piece and a contemporary worship song.
About the Crystal Cathedral Ministries and the Hour of Power Choir: The Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller is an internationally televised weekly program that has recently moved to Irvine, CA. The choir is committed to weekly Thursday evening rehearsals from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Sunday mornings from 7:00 am to 11 am. It is made up of volunteers and paid singers. Payment is $250 weekly.
We are dedicated to the universal language of music that brings joy, peace, and healing to its listeners. The choir sings a wide-ranging repertoire from well-known classics to new works by living composers and is accompanied by orchestra. This unique choral ensemble transcends cultural and generational boundaries while bringing together people from around the world through stirring music.
