Rutgers Univerity Singers, A Concert Choir of Rutgers University in Camden, NJ is looking for a Conducting Intern for the 2018-2019 school year. It’s an unpaid position, parking will be provided.
Rehearsals are taking place on Tuesdays and Thursday between 2PM and 3:20 PM in the Fine Arts building, Rutgers University in Camden, NJ.
Conducting Intern will have an opportunity to direct rehearsals, as well as conduct during concerts. He or she will be offered extensive experience in managing rehearsals and performances, as well as working with the artistic director on programming and planning rehearsals.
Conducting intern’s responsibilities will include: taking attendance, helping with music orders, working with separate sections and/or the whole ensemble, singing, and managing social media.
