Bellevue Chamber Chorus’ Ben Luedcke, Artistic Director presents:
Let’s Dance!
Come move your feet with the Bellevue Chamber Chorus in an intimate partner dance! The Chorus joins with professional dancers and instrumentalists offering songs from all over the globe. Tap your toe to a galliard popular in 16th-century Europe, an Israeli hora, a Hungarian Csárdás, and an Irish dancer performing to Celtic tunes. Enjoy our ballroom duo as we offer Central and South American dances that feature samba, salsa, rhumba, waltz, and tango. Irving Berlin’s hits and Cole Porter’s “Begin the Beguine” cap the evening with music from the golden age of swing.
