In response to legislation further marginalizing Russia’s LGBTQ citizens, itgetsbetter.org has created the You Are Beautiful campaign, a library of videos offering encouragement and support.
The Windy City Gay Chorus and Aria Women’s Chorus have added a music video to the project.
The song (composed by our Artistic Director, Paul Caldwell) features a Russian refrain: You are beautiful just the way you are.
Our 3-minute film features the work of two extraordinary dancers from the roster of the Joffrey Ballet. It was just posted this yesterday. Please share it far and wide.
