Hi everybody,
I hope you will enjoy this video of the world premiere of my piece for SSA & piano:
the title is “EVERY CHILD HAS KNOWN GOD”, on a poem by the Persian mystic Hafiz.
This is the text:
“Every child has known God,
Not the God of names,
Not the God of don’ts,
Not the God who ever does
Anything weird,
But the God who knows only four words.
And keeps repeating them, saying:
“Come Dance with Me , come dance.”
It was premiered during a very special concert for the 60th anniversary of Ko Matsushita in the magnificient Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall by the St. Cecilia Vocal Creators.
