“The Soldier (1914)” available from Survives Music

Survives Music is pleased to announce the availability of a new choral work, The Soldier (1914) by Ted Vives. The Soldier (1914) was recently awarded Commendation in the Recital Music 2011 Choral Music Competition. Vives, winner of the 2011 American Prize in Composition Choral Division has crafted a beautiful and poignant setting of the poem of the same name by English poet, Rupert Brooke. Sample pages and sound files of The Soldier (1914) as well as other choral and vocal works are available at the Survives Music website.
