The Celebration Singers is a non-profit musical entertainment organization with approximately 125 members ranging in ages 8-90. Our goal is to reach out to as many people as possible in as many different environments so as to expose members of our community to the Art of Music. Our diverse programs give audiences the opportunity to experience a wealth of musical styles and disciplines, and see this music performed by children and adults. Although many outstanding choral groups exist in our state, there are few groups that bring the same rigorous and exciting musical standards to the performance of the variety of songs and even fewer who have been around for 75 Years!
On March 21, 2014, The Celebration Singers will be celebrating a rich history of 75 years entertaining the community with a 75th Anniversary Gala at the Galloping Hills Golf Club located at 3 Golf Drive, Kenilworth, New Jersey. This black tie optional anniversary gala will feature a cocktail hour followed by dinner, dancing, and a live auction. Auction items will include a golf foursome at Galloping Hill Golf Course, HDTV/surround sound entertainment package sponsored by Sports Illustrated, a weekend sailing trip in NJ, private music session with collaborative pianist, James Lubrano, and an all-inclusive Caribbean trip! There will also be a live performance by The Celebrations Singers honoring this momentous occasion! This is an open invitation to everyone in our community to attend this special event in support of The Celebration Singers. The Celebration Singers is proud to be a member of this community for 75 years! We continue to develop relationships with local businesses for the betterment of our community. We would be honored to have representation of our greater community at this event. There are several opportunities to sponsor this event. The sponsorships range from tickets to the gala, ad space in the spring concert program, and even the opportunity to arrange for a private caroling concert from home or for an office event. All sponsorship levels will be represented on the evening of the event on screen during cocktail hour and in the dining area, as well as on our Facebook page and website.
In addition to the annual winter holiday and spring concerts, the Celebration Singers support the community by volunteering our voices at numerous events, including local memorials, hospital caroling and entertaining the elderly at our local senior centers, just to name just a few. In honor of their 75th Anniversary, they recently held their first annual blood drive, where they entertained the blood donors with small groups performing throughout the day.
