The Ogontz Choral Workshop (August 7 – 13 in Lyman, NH) provides an opportunity to study significant repertoire with master conductor David Hill, and to experience outstanding teaching/conducting methods and practices, as modeled by Hill and voice clinician Paula Rockwell. It is open to all singers, no auditions required.
In order to support music educators in their efforts to provide quality choral instruction and to develop a love of singing in their students, Ogontz Arts Foundation is offering $400 grants to a limited number of teachers in the early stages of their careers. We invite you to apply for the grant if …
- you are successfully completing your first or second year of teaching music in a K-12 school, and
- you work actively in teaching singing to students, and
- you expect to continue in that role in the 2022-2023 school year.
Visit the Ogontz Arts website for full details about the event and the grants.
Grant application deadline: midnight EST Wednesday 20 April. Applicants will be notified by 27 April.
