SummerSing Petite Messe Solennelle

 – Summer Sing – Rossini’s “Petite Messe Solennelle”
            Cappella Cantorum and Con Brio will sponsor a Summer Sing Monday, June 22, 7 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 56 Great Hammock Road, Old Saybrook featuring Rossini’s “Petite Messe Solennelle.” This session will be conducted by Barry Asch of Cappella Cantorum. All singers are welcome to perform in this read-through of a great choral work. Professional Soloists: soprano-Kristine Pekar, mezzo sorano-Margaret Tyler, tenor-William Finley, Baritone-Christopher Grundy accompanied Deborah Lyon. An $8 fee covers the cost of the event. Scores will be available, and the church is air-conditioned.
