Recently returned from a week as choir in residence at Canterbury cathedral, Schola cantorum on Hudson will be holding auditions for the coming season through September 10 as openings remain. Rehearsals begin September 13 and the first concert wil be in mid-October. Solo technique is supported and nurtured through exclusive solo selection from within the ensemble and through the Schola Sings Solo recital series.
SCH is a non-profit choir which seeks to make a profound difference in the lives of singers and audiences
and a positive difference in the world. A previous tour took American music to Austria and the Czech Republic. Sounds Choral on WWFM, The Classical Network, featured Schola recently. Rehearsals are on Mondays in Jersey City, NJ. The choir performs in New Jersey and New York City.
