Going Beyond Words, one of the longest running Choral Radio Broadcasts in the United States continues with ingenious and inventive programming. In October, Stan Schmidt, Host/Producer will begin his 22nd year in front of the mic. This Sunday at Noon Central Time on KVNO.ORG you will hear a stirring and exhilarating set of music under the title "Reflections of Style". Coming across your aural senses will be music by Jan Sweelinck, Ola Gjeilo, a new Missa Brevis by Krzysztof Penderecki written in 2012, a new setting of the Lord's Prayer announced on Choral Net a week ago by Dr. Eric Richards, teacher of Composition at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and the classic five movement work by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Five Mystical Songs.
