Tim Braselton, originally from Lynchburg, Va., is a music director, singer, vocal coach, cellist, pianist and teacher. In addition to being the Artistic Director of PerformOUTKC, he has an extremely busy musical schedule, directing and conducting across the Kansas City area. He also serves as Director of Worship at First United Methodist Church of North Kansas City. Tim served more than six years as music director for students in grades six through nine at Blue Valley Youth Players, a performance arts program that is part of the Johnson County parks and recreation organization.
Tim holds a Bachelors of Music degree in vocal pedagogy from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Tim strongly believes in arts and education and how the two collectively create a strong positive support system for identity development.
