Perform in Color! Messiah and Magnificat arrangements for brass!

May 25, 2011 by Travis Ramsey Leave a Comment

Are you planning a performance of selections from the Bach Magnificat in D or Handel’s Messiah?  If so, have you thought about who will accompany your singers?  If you are like many organizations, you may find that supplying an orchestra is a bit beyond your financial resources.  At the same time, though, you want more for your singers than a “black-and-white” piano reduction.  Composer Travis Ramsey has a solution: a set of arrangements for brass quintet/sextet published by Kenmore Studios that will let you Perform in Color!

Dr. Robert Russell of the Choral Art Society commissioned these arrangements, and they were performed by his Choral Art Society with the Portland (ME) Brass Quintet.

Visit http://color.kenmorestudios.com to hear samples, view the scores, and reserve your rental.
