Pater Noster (SATB, a cappella) – a new setting – free

January 7, 2015 by David Basden Leave a Comment

Hi all,

I’ve recently completed a short setting of the Pater Noster. It’s for SATB (no divisi, conservative ranges) and it should be fairly straightforward for most choirs. One feature is that the tenor part only goes up to D – this will enable “spare” basses to help out if necessary.

Here is a follow-the-score video, with Matthew Curtis multitracking the four parts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzZDqUmd4II

I’m happy to share the sheet music free of charge – please email me for the PDF.
