Every year, Chorus America presents two commission consortium opportunities to choruses—one for SATB choruses and one for children & youth choruses. These consortiums allow participating groups to be a part of commissioning a new work from well-loved composers and premier the work in their community. Proceeds from the commissioning fees go to support the core programs and services of Chorus America.
We are thrilled to announce that this year, Alice Parker will donate the children/youth commission and Rollo Dilworth will donate the SATB commission.
