To Whom It May Concern: There was a very recent issue with our choir’s YouTube link of our video based on Morten Lauridson’s arrangement of “On This Shining Night” that was submitted back in early April, 2020. To the best of my choir’s knowledge, ChoralNet has not released an announcement yet about our video for this song. As such, can Chorale net please use the following wording:
While nearly all of us have had to lately self-quarantine during this difficult time, the staff at Leg Lamp Productions has worked very hard to bring you a lovely new video based on a recording by the City of Angels Master Chorale of Morten Lauridsen’s arrangement of James Agee’s poem, “On This Shining Night”.

Featuring strikingly beautiful HD footage of various starscapes & topographies, and the chorale’s topflight choral mastery under the baton of Richard Medrano, this video attempts to capture the warmth, optimism, and majesty that Agee’s lyrics and Lauridson’s arrangement convey.
The audio was recorded under live conditions at the chorale’s rehearsal facility, and it is presented here in Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound Stereo. Like any good music video, this one is best viewed on a large screen HDTV using a stereo audio setting under the darkest lighting conditions possible. So enjoy the video, and remember that all of us will be able to view the stars at night with our own eyes very soon!
