Award-winning American choral composer David Avshalomov has just posted new demo recordings of 3 choral works on his website, “Flopsy, the Christmas Pup,” (SATB/piano/opt. bass/drums, 5:45) “The Garlic Blessing” (SATB div./piano, 6′), and “Let the Children Play.” (SAB or SSA/piano/opt. flute(s) 4′) They were recorded by First Readings in Minnesota under David Moore, a group I can recommend highly.
“Flopsy” is a sappy fun Christmas story about adopting a pet; my other Holiday numbers include “The Chocolate Carol” and “Chanukah Tonight!”.
“Garlic Blessing” needs no introduction, you can sniff it out easily
“Let the Children Play” is a simple, easy, idealistic song about keeping our children safe and healthy and helping them grow up strong in a world that will need them.
You can see pdf perusal scores and listen to the recordings on my website at:

These songs are available in .pdf directly from the composer (there is also a Contact form on the website).
