I have just published this arrangement of the Neapolitan Christmas carol “Quanno nascette ninno,” which was written for the San Francisco Bach Choir in 2021. It tells the story of the starry night when Bethlehem was visited by three strangers from far away. Suitable for high school, college, and community choirs with an easy-medium difficulty level.
May be sung in the original Neapolitan language, or in an optional English version. An audio pronunciation guide is provided, with text spoken by a native Neapolitan language speaker.
