New Choral Work Commemorating 9/11, 10th Anniversary

Requiem Prayers, by Richard Toensing, commemorates those who lost their lives in the tragedy on September 11, 2001. Drawing from Orthodox funeral texts, this moving and gorgeous choral work has universal appeal for commemorating the 10th anniversary date. The work has a performance time of ca. 9 minutes and is available in three versions: SSATB choir and chamber orchestra, SSATB choir and organ, and SSATB choir and wind ensemble.
