Some of the more common buttons, knobs, and faders on the mixing board Include
Gain – Adjusts the input volume coming into the mixer for each channel.
Volume Fader – Controls the output volume for each channel of the mixer.
Mute Button – Turns off all sound for that channel.
Assign (Routing) Button – Route the channel’s audio to specific outputs.
EQ – Alters the volume of specific frequency ranges to adjust the sound’s tone.
Pan – Controls the left and right placement of the sound within the stereo sound output.
