New CD of Orthodox Choral Music

For those of you who love choral music of the Russian Orthodox Church, there is a new CD that has just been released featuring new Orthodox choral music of Gennady Lapaev and Kurt Sander.  The choir, under the direction of Chicao director Peter Jermihov, consists of church singers from across North America who came to Cincinnati to be part of this monumental recording.  The CD is available on iTunes and CDBaby, but also can be found on this website: http://www.holycross-hermitage.com/eastwest.html.  Most CDs on the market feature music of pre-Revolutionary composers.  This is one of the few new CDs that not only features newly composed music in the Orthodox choral tradition, but also features settings of the Divine Liturgy and All Night Vigil composed in English.
