Sixth NCCO National Conference, Portland, Oregon, November 12-14, 2015
This is a reminder that the deadline for Calls for the Sixth National Conference of the National Collegiate Choral Organization (NCCO) at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon is Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Please be sure to consider submitting your application materials for Choral Performance, Literature Sessions, Interest Sessions, the two Panel Discussions on Teaching Choral Literature and International Opportunities, the Poster Session and the NCCO Choral Series.
Also, encourage colleagues, graduate students, and composers to send in their submissions as well. Details can be found on the website: www.ncco-usa.org/conferences/
Additionally, keep an eye out for details about Advertising in our program book as well as the application process for the Graduate Conducting Masterclass with Simon Carrington which will come out in the ensuing weeks.
The Choral Scholar Spring 2015 Issue
The Choral Scholar Spring 2015 Issue will soon be posted online on our website www.ncco-usa.org/tcs/ with articles on works by Randall Thompson, Seth Daniels Bingham, and Maurice Duruflé. We encourage submissions for upcoming issues as well as attending the Choral Scholar lunch meeting at the Portland conference.
