Nashville Singers Releasing New Christmas CD
The Nashville Singers, Inc. is a nonprofit performing arts organization founded in November of 2008 by a handful of men committed to excellence in vocal and choral performance. Coinciding with the group’s 5th anniversary, concerts in Davidson and Rutherford County, and Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam’s designation of November 23rd as Nashville Singers Day in Tennessee, this auditioned a cappella ensemble is also releasing a new CD entitled “Christmas.”
The new holiday disc is already attracting attention. Upon hearing a preview copy, Deke Sharon, producer and arranger for NBC TV’s The Sing-Off, and music director and arranger for the musical comedy film Pitch Perfect, remarked, “These guys sing with an unbridled honesty and an effortless blend. They remind us what is possible when there is a shared commitment to excellence.”
