NaperVoice welcomes additional tenors and basses for second season

August 6, 2023 by philip spencer Leave a Comment

There are still a few paid openings for additional tenors and basses for the second season of NaperVoice, Naperville’s excellent new philanthropic choir. You would be joining a group of approximately 35 other auditioned singers (16 paid), currently including more than one dozen male voices, to raise funds for Loaves and Fishes food pantry at our Fall Concert. Six Monday evening rehearsals beginning Sept. 18 and concert on Sunday, November 19, all in Naperville. Concert repertoire includes Bach’s Cantata No. 192, Rorem’s Four Madrigals, works by Esenvalds, Gwyneth Walker, Lennon and McCartney, and Prayer for Ukraine sung in Ukrainian. Competitive compensation with opportunity for supplemental earnings, auditions continuing this month. Limited number of non-compensated auditioned openings also available. Go to napervoice.org for more information and audition application, or address questions to Philip Spencer, Founding Conductor, at .
